Copperhead comes out the same day. I find them reliable, courteous, and they have great customer service. They are so easy to work with. They were so accommodating to me and my circumstances. I had water coming from a pipe connected to the water heater. It was my emergency, and they not only came to see me that day but were so helpful with timing the visit. My mother was being discharged from subacute rehab, and I had to pick her up. I found Amanda in the office to be so helpful and nice. Kyle was the plumber who came out, and he was great. I would recommend them to anyone. They are always there when I need them.

I would like to give a HUGE shoutout to Copperhead Plumbing and Heating. We had a basement leak, and upon calling, they dispatched a crew to our home within 60 minutes of the call. The plumbing repair was made, and since it required water remediation, Jeff Rodriguez quickly called his contact at RestoPros, who were fantastic. I spoke on multiple occasions to the Copperhead office staff and Adrian as we tried to figure out the right long-term solution to prevent another leak/basement damage. Jeff Rodriguez supported the emergency repairs, and Christian Wall handled the longer-term repair with a team. This required the services of an electrician, and Vincent joined them. The service from the entire team, including RestoPros, was outstanding. I have nothing but positive things to say, and they are worth every penny. I recommend them without hesitation for any work you are having done in your home.
